Initial visit includes a detailed health history, evaluation, and treatment goal plan and discussion. Massage $95 / 60 minutes, $135 / 90 minutes

Using myriad techniques (sports massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, Cranial Sacral, Swedish massage, stretching, reflexology, etc.,) we create a relaxing and rejuvenating massage just for you!
Assisted Lymphatic Drainage (ALT) $135 / 75 minutes
Assisted Lymphatic Therapy is a gentle, light touch non-invasive technique to stimulate the proper flow and drainage of the lymphatic system. A combination of vibrational, light, and electical waves help to stimulate the flow by causing the dissociation of proteins that have become trapped in the interstitium. When trapped proteins (not to be confused with nutrient proteins) release their bond, the stagnate lymph is liberated and will flow out into its normal filtration and reabsorption channels.
Since lymphatic organs plays an important role in the body’s immune system, the proper flow of lymphatic fluid can positively impact many conditions. These include:
- General Inflammation
- Lymphedema
- Edema and Water Retention
- Pre and Post Cosmetic Surgery
- Chronic Lymes
- Pre and Post Athletic Application – reduces muscle recovery and speeds recovery from soft tissue injuries
